Global Science Club, Khoijuman collects only the details needed to organise an event, contact a participant or an emergency contact, assign a race bib, and reconcile the entry fee.

The public registration list is not searchable. A status check needs both the registration number and the registered mobile number, and it shows only the registration number, name, event, registration status, payment status, and bib number after one is assigned.

The registration QR code contains a private link. It does not contain the address, date of birth, or emergency contact.

Payment is recorded as pending until a club administrator verifies it. The site does not ask for a UPI PIN, bank password, OTP, or card number.

Registration records are kept for event administration, including race-day check-in and payment reconciliation. The club should review them for deletion or anonymisation within 12 months after the event, unless a longer period is required for accounting or a legal obligation.
